3D Printing Service for Production and Prototype Parts
We run 3D printing as a production service, not as a one-off shop. You upload an STL. We send a price. Parts ship from the US in days.
How Our 3D Printing Service Works
You upload your STL or STEP file. You pick a material and a quantity. We send back a price within four business hours. If you say yes, we print and ship from the US.
Most jobs ship in three to five business days. We do not use a quote form that sits in a queue for a week. We do not push every order to the most expensive process. We use FDM as the main process because it fits most parts, ships fast, and scales without tooling.
If you have an NDA, send it with the quote request. We sign and return within one business day.
FDM Production at Scale: 50 to 10,000 Units
Mid-volume orders are our sweet spot. You can place a pilot run today, a production run next month, and a reorder the month after. The same STL file. The same price per unit. The same lead time.
We do not need you to commit to ten thousand units up front. Print one hundred. See if they work. Reorder when sales prove the part. The quote you got the first time stays valid for thirty days.
See production runs for volume tier details.
Materials We Print
We print PLA, PETG, ABS, PA-CF, and TPU. PETG covers most production work. PA-CF is for parts that need real strength. TPU is for parts that need to flex. PLA is for visual prototypes. ABS is for parts that need to take heat.

Lead Times by Order Size
Prototype runs of one to forty-nine parts ship in three to five business days. Production runs of fifty to five hundred parts ship in five to ten business days. Large runs over a thousand parts ship in ten to twenty business days.
Expedited service cuts lead times in half on most jobs. Ask for it on your quote request.
Sample Tolerances and Surface Finish
Our standard FDM tolerance is plus or minus 0.3 mm on most features under 100 mm. Tighter tolerances are possible with finishing passes. Tell us your critical dimensions on the quote and we will hit them or flag the trade-off before we print.
Default surface finish is as-printed with visible layer lines. Smoothing, sanding, vapor finishing, and paint are available as paid options. Most buyers ship as-printed.
Online Quoting and Repeat Orders
Your account stores every STL you have ever quoted. Reorders take three clicks. The price you got the first time is locked in for thirty days unless material prices move.
Teams get role-based access. Buyers can submit quotes. Admins can approve and pay. Viewers can read the order history without touching billing.
