3D Printing for Plant Operations: Jigs, Fixtures, and Replacement Parts

Plants need parts before the next shift. We quote drawings, scans, or broken parts and ship in days.

3D Printed Jigs and Fixtures for Plant Floor Work

A jig holds the part. A fixture holds the tool. Both wear out. Both get lost. Both need to be replaced before the next shift.

We print custom jigs and fixtures in PETG and PA-CF. Send a CAD file or a drawing. We will quote it and ship the first run in five to ten business days. Expedited service can cut that in half.

Replacement Parts the OEM No Longer Stocks

Plant equipment outlives its parts catalog. The bracket that snapped on the conveyor belt is from a machine the OEM stopped supporting six years ago. You have the broken part. You have the drawing. You do not have a vendor.

Send us the broken part or the drawing. We will reverse-engineer and print a replacement. The STL stays in your account so the next replacement takes a click.

Materials That Hold Up on the Floor

PETG is our default for plant work. It handles chemicals, takes impact, and shrugs off shop solvents. ABS holds up when heat is the issue. PA-CF is the pick for parts under repeated structural load.

See material specs at materials. The most common picks for plant work are PETG and PA-CF.

Reorder a Part You Already Approved

The first order takes a quote. The reorder takes three clicks. Your STL stays in your account. The price you got the first time is locked in for thirty days unless material prices move.

Plant teams can share a part library across the maintenance group. The maintenance lead orders. The plant manager approves. The purchasing team sees the cost.

Lead Times That Fit Shift Schedules

Standard plant orders ship in five to ten business days. Expedited orders ship in three to five. Most reorders ship faster because the STL is already approved and the polymer is already in stock.

See production runs for the full tier breakdown.
